The Feuerzangenbowle

Comment: Really cool, above all in the dark, but don`t burn down the house. Something easy to hang around with your mates. One had to be carried to bed after just 1 1/2 cups.
Have a bottle of rum is usually the standard, but...For those of you who don`t understand this description can go and watch the movie of Heiz Rühlmann.
You need: Juice of three oranges and from have a lemon, two bottles of dry red vine and three cloves. Make it hot in a pan ( don`t cook!). Then you best put the pot on a fonduerack and with the firetongspunch-cutlery over the pot, equip with a sugar loaf and soak this one with rum (min. 54%) and light it. Let the mix drop and always poor some rum over the sugar loaf (min. half a bottle). Consume it hot!

The VW

Comment: When I go to heaven, it will be in a VW for sure. Something to start with, a bit sweet but refreshing.
You need: A shot of Vermouth and a bigger shot Williams, stir it and drink.

Bananawheat

Comment: It`s the pure beer delight, no one believes it, even I`ve been sceptical till I tried it, so close your eyes and go through it.
You need: A Erdingerweissbier in the right glass - fill the rest up with bananajuice.
